Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

A. Great ("we," "us") provides three types of offerings: (1) digital guides sold as downloadable products, (2) consulting and research services (including sourcing and supplier-vetting support), and (3) website design, development, and management services. By purchasing a guide, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read the section(s) that apply to what you've purchased, along with the General Terms in Section 4, which apply to everything we do.

1. Digital Guides

1.1 What you're buying

When you purchase a digital guide from A. Great, you're buying a personal, non-transferable license to use that guide for your own learning and reference. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying the right to resell, redistribute, or share the file.

1.2 What you may do

1.3 What you may not do

1.4 Copyright

All content in A. Great guides — text, structure, and design — is the property of A. Great and is protected by copyright law. Each copy is watermarked with a copyright notice. Unauthorized distribution may result in a DMCA takedown request and other legal action.

1.5 Guide refunds

Our guides are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because of this, all sales are final once the download link has been used or the file has been opened — we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the guide, or misjudged its content before purchasing.

We will issue a refund in the following cases, provided you contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date:

To request a refund, contact us at info@agreatllc.com or +1 (207) 360-5194 / +387 65 063 649 with your order details (payment confirmation and the name/email used at checkout). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved faster this way. For fraud prevention and to respond to payment disputes, we retain records of each delivery (download timestamp and IP address).

2. Consulting & Research Services

2.1 Scope

Consulting and research services include, among others, sourcing consultations, supplier verification reports, and related import/export or product-research support, as described on our Usluge page at the time of purchase. The exact scope of each engagement is the description shown at checkout plus any details you provide in the follow-up questionnaire.

2.2 Not professional advice

Our consulting and research services are informational and operational in nature. They are not legal, customs, tax, financial, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as such. You are responsible for independently verifying suppliers, product compliance, customs and import regulations, and any other legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your business, in your own jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your suppliers. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, profit, supplier relationship, or result from using our research or recommendations.

2.3 Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to perform the service. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may delay delivery or affect the quality of the results, and are not our responsibility.

2.4 Payment, scheduling & cancellation

Services are paid in advance through Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once a report has been delivered or a consultation call has taken place, the service is considered performed and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled call, contact us as early as possible — cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled call may not be refundable.

3. Website Design, Development & Management Services

3.1 Scope

Website services include, among others, landing pages, e-commerce and online-payment setup, translation of existing sites, redesigns, and ongoing monthly maintenance, as described on our Usluge page or in a written quote. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed with you before work begins, based on the information you provide in the order questionnaire or in direct communication.

3.2 Process & deliverables

Any timelines we provide are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the complexity of the project, how quickly you provide feedback and materials (text, images, logins), and third-party services involved. We will let you know as early as possible if a timeline needs to change.

3.3 Payment

Website projects are paid through Stripe, either in full upfront or according to a payment schedule agreed in writing for larger projects. Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payment for work already completed is non-refundable.

3.4 Intellectual property

Once a website project is paid in full, you own the final design, content, and code delivered to you as part of that project, excluding any third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, or licensed software, which remain governed by their own licenses. A. Great retains ownership of its own internal tools, templates, and methodology, and reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

3.5 Third-party services

Website projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers (e.g. Netlify), payment processors (e.g. Stripe), domain registrars, or other platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, or account issues caused by these third parties, though we will assist you in resolving issues where reasonably possible.

3.6 Cancellation & refunds

Because website projects involve real work performed on your behalf, cancellation terms and any applicable refund for unfinished work are agreed with you before the project begins, based on its scope. As a general rule, work already completed is non-refundable. Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, with no refund for the current period already paid.

3.7 No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from website work, including but not limited to search engine rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. General Terms

This section applies to all services and products offered by A. Great, including digital guides, consulting and research services, and website services.

4.1 Independent contractor

A. Great provides services as an independent contractor, not as your employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer.

4.2 No professional advice

Great in the 12 months before the claim arose. A. Great is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold A. Great harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our guides, services, or website, or your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

4.6 Force majeure

A. Great is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or hosting outages, natural disasters, or actions of third-party providers.

4.7 Confidentiality

Any non-public business information you share with us in the course of a consulting, research, or website engagement will be used only to perform the service and will not be shared with third parties, except as needed to deliver the service (for example, sharing your site content with your hosting provider) or as required by law.

4.8 Records

We retain records related to purchases, consultations, and projects (such as order details, correspondence, and delivery timestamps) for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4.9 Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms, our guides, services, or website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maine, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

4.10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our guides, services, or applicable law. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase or engagement applies. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

4.11 Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Together with any written agreement or order confirmation for a specific service, these terms make up the entire agreement between you and A. Great regarding that purchase or engagement.

5. Contact
